In September we again got this
award. Our projects greatly impressed
the jury.
Remodeling of our Schoolyard
This year we could finally plant
new plants on our schoolyard. We
already got several trees in spring,
but in summer we could add a
new isle with plants to our schoolyard.
We wanted to have trees and
bushes that offer shadowy places,
small recesses for playing and a
lot of feed for insects and small
animals. Mrs Jark had a beautiful
plan that could be realized with
the help of Bingo-Lotto-Umweltstiftung
(environmental foundation),
the company Fielmann
and money from the school operator.
We children and our parents
had a lot of fun in helping
with the project. We hope that all
the new plants will grow well.
Now we are looking forward to
Christmas. In the theatre we have
already attended the performance
of ‘Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella’.
Our Christmas tree has already
been decorated, and our holidays
will come soon.
We wish you all a good time.
Here in Germany we say ‘Fröhliche
Weihnachten’ (Merry Christmas).

Dear headmasters of our
partner schools, dear Wendy
and dear Rajeswari, this
year a lot of things happened. Our
school celebrated its 50th birthday.
One of our guests was a female
clown who entertained us very
well. Furthermore we as a school
got a huge birthday cake. That
was a lot of fun.
In March we had a great birthday
party with the whole school.
Many people were invited and
former pupils told us about their
experiences at our school and explained
how they were educated
many years ago. On the festive day
we showed a fabulous show on
stage. We thought about which types
of sports and which kinds of
music were up to date in former
years. So we sang old and new
songs and danced to them. There
was an aerobics show, acrobatics,
a presentation of going on horseback
with hobby horses and a lot
of other things. In the afternoon
we could watch a film and meet
old friends. What a great party!
All-Day School
Since the beginning of this scholastic
year in summer children
have had the chance to stay at
school in the afternoon three days
a week. We have lunch together,
do our homework and have working
groups like ‘Nature’, ‘Sports’,
‘Music’ and many more.
Visit of the Minister
In September our minister for
education Mr Grant-Hendrik
Tonne visited us. He was very interested

Wir wünschten uns Schattenbäume
und Sträucher, kleine Nischen
zum Spielen und viel Futter für
Insekten und Kleintiere. Frau Jark
hatte einen wunderbaren Plan
und dieser wurde mit Spenden
von der Bingo-Lotto-Umweltstiftung,
der Firma Fielmann, Geldern
vom Schulträger umgesetzt.
Wir Kinder und unsere Eltern haben
ordentlich geholfen. Das hat
viel Spaß gemacht. Wir hoffen,
dass alle Pflanzen gut anwachsen
werden.
Jetzt freuen wir uns auf Weihnachten.
Im Theater haben wir
schon „Drei Haselnüsse für
Aschenbrödel“ gesehen. Unser
Weihnachtsbaum ist schon geschmückt.
Bald gibt es Ferien.
Wir wünschen euch eine gute
Zeit. Hier in Deutschland wünschen
wir „Frohe Weihnachten“.

50 aniversario del
colegio en Wingst
Wingster Grundschule schickt Grüße nach Mexiko
mostró mucho interés en nuestro
proyecto „feliz-birth-Tag“ y los
alumnos le explicaron en persona,
cómo realizaron su proyecto.
En septiembre recibimos un
premio por nuestro esfuerzo para
con el medio ambiente. Nuestros
proyectos han impresionado mucho
y han sido muy bien valorados
por el jurado.
El patio reformado
Este año hemos podido por fin replantar
nuestro patio del colegio.
Plantamos árboles en la primavera,
formamos un equipo para poner
una isla de plantas en medio de
el patio. Muchas plantas, árboles
para dar sombra, creando pequeños
espacios para jugar y proteger
insectos y pequeños animales.
La señora Jark tuvo un fantástico
plan y consistía en las ganancias
de un Bingo-Lotto donarlas a la
Fundación Ambiental, la empresa
Fielmann. Nosotros, los niños y
nuestros padres, ayudamos mucho.
Eso fue muy divertido. Esperamos
que todas las plantas crezcan
bien. Ahora estamos felices
de que llega la navidad. Fuímos al
Teatro a ver la obra „Tres avellanas
para Cenicienta“. Nuestro árbol
de navidad ya esta decorado,
pronto tendremos vacaciones.
Les deseamos a Ustedes unas
bonitas fiestas. Aquí en Alemania
nos deseamos „Frohe Weihnachten/
Feliz Navidad“. En nombre
de las Maestras, Maestros y estudiantes

our school in
september. We
presented „Feliz
Birth Tag“.
Estimados directores de nuestros
colegios hermanados,
Estimada Wendy, Estimada
Rajeswari:
Este año hemos tenido muchos
eventos por el 50 aniversario de
nuestro colegio.Tuvimos una visita
entretenida de una payasa.
Además, recibimos una tarta gigante
de cumpleaños. Ha sido
muy divertido.
En marzo celebramos una gran
fiesta de cumpleaños del colegio,
con diversos invitados y con muchos
ex alumnos, hablamos sobre
los distintas formas de dar clases
con comparaciones como lo han
hecho en el pasado y hoy.
Hubo un gran programa en esta
celebración con un gran repertorio
de canciones y bailes populares
de los últimos 50 años. Asi bailamos
y cantamos canciones modernas
y antiguas.
Además un show de aerobic,
acrobacias, una demonstración
equestre con caballos de madera y
mucho más.
Por la tarde hubo cine en el colegio
y así se juntaron amigos del
cole después de años para conversar
y pasar un rato agradable.
Jornada escolar completa
Desde el verano los niños pueden
quedarse en el colegio tres días a
la semana también hasta la tarde.
Almorzamos juntos, hacemos las
tareas y disfrutamos de divertidas
actividades extra escolares como
„naturaleza, deporte, música“ y
mucho más.
En septiembre recibimos la visita
de el ministro de educación -
Don Grant-Hendrick Tonne. El

konnte man einen Film anschauen
und alte Freunde treffen.
Welch ein gelungenes Fest.
Ganztagsschule seit Sommer
Seit dem Sommer können die
Kinder an drei Tagen in der Woche
auch nachmittags in der
Schule bleiben. Wir essen gemeinsam,
machen dann Hausaufgaben
und haben tolle Arbeitsgemeinschaften
wie „Natur, Sport, Musik“
und vieles mehr.
Im September kam unser Kultusminister
Herr Grant-Hendrik
Tonne zu Besuch. Er interessierte
sich sehr für unser gemeinsames
Geburtstagsprojekt und ließ es
sich ausführlich von den Kindern
erklären.
Im September bekamen wir erneut
die Auszeichnung als Umweltschule
und Internationale
Nachhaltigkeitsschule. Unsere
Projekte haben die Jury sehr beeindruckt.
In diesem Jahr konnten wir
endlich unseren Schulhof neu bepflanzen.
Wir bekamen schon im
Frühling viele Bäume, aber im

in unserer Schule war in diesem
Jahr sehr viel los.
Die Schule feierte ihren 50. Geburtstag.
Wir hatten eine Clownin
zu Gast, die uns prima unterhielt
und bekamen als ganze Schule
eine riesige Geburtstagstorte geschenkt.
Das war ein großer Spaß.
Im März feierten wir mit der ganzen
Schule eine große Jubiläumsparty.
Viele Menschen wurden
eingeladen, ehemalige Schüler erzählten
uns von ihren Erlebnissen
in der Schule und erklärten uns,
wie sie früher unterrichtet wurden.
Am Festtag zeigten wir ein
großartiges Bühnenprogramm.
Wir überlegten, welche Sportarten
und welche Musik in den vergangenen
Jahren modern waren.
So sangen und tanzten wir alte
und neue Lieder. Es gab eine
Aerobic-Show, Akrobatik, eine
Reitvorführung mit Steckenpfer-
Weihnachtsstimmung in der Schule
am Wingster Wald: Die Schüler und
Schülerinnen haben den Christbaum
eigenhändig und liebevoll geschmückt.
Wir wünschen Ihnen und Ihrer Familie ein frohes und
